The “S” Family and I got together last week for a session for outdoor photos. I initially had a place in mind, but with a time crunch we opted for a place they knew of, and it happens to be literally in my backyard! It was pretty cool, and we all had a great time. Thank you guys for showing me this neat place! I’m ashamed I didn’t know about it

Love the colour as it is on these! Look at these girls, too cute!
Last week, I got together with fellow photographer and friend Brandi and her beautiful daughter A. She knew of a spot I haven’t been too and it was perfect! If you have followed my work through my blog, you may have noticed I tend to favor images that are softer in colour, maybe vintage, retro or b&w. I usually find myself going that way with most photos as I process them. Lately though, I’ve made a vow to work more on colour and try to find a way to make colours more vivid, almost surreal and I’ve played and tweaked, and I think I’ve become a fan of vivid colour on certain images and these are them! Take a peak at miss A! She is truly, the most photogenic little girl I’ve ever met!

I had a maternity session last weekend with a mom to be and I still can’t get over how pretty she is, and how much I love all the images. I am just getting ready to share her gallery but I wanted to post a couple sneak peeks up before. Thank you D for coming to me for your maternity and newborn sessions. I can’t wait to see the little one! Remember, if baby is born on my bday, I’ll share my presents!
