Seattle Newborn Photographer | Baby Boy Studio Session

Seattle Newborn Photographer

I’m finally back to work! After breaking my ankle back in June as bad as one can, I got to do my first newborn session with this sweet little boy. I was a little nervous I’ll admit. It’s taken quite some time to recover and get my strength and flexibility back. Newborn photography sessions require a lot of movement and sitting, squatting etc. I practiced prior to make sure I had everything down. I was so happy that the session went great, even better than I expected. Newborn safety is so important and I made sure to never put the baby or myself at risk. We did a combination of prop poses, blanket poses and parent poses. I think prop poses are always my favorite and I just love using the dark wood with neutral tones. This handsome little guy was so sweet. He slept through most of the session and was so cute. I can’t wait to share more of my newborn sessions I did in December and I’m looking forward to meeting more newborns soon. It’s good to be back! Here are a few favorites of this newborn session.
